At Bangin' Red Heads, each item is made to order just for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at banginredheads@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days in accordance with applicable laws.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
